வீரியம் கொண்ட STAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUS தொற்று 

மேலே தலைப்பிடப்பட்ட S.Aureus என்ற கிருமி சாதாரணமாக எல்லோரிடமும் காணப்படும் ஒரு கிருமி ஆகும்.ஆனால் இது ஒரு மனிதனின் நோய்  எதிர்ப்பு சக்தி அபரிமிதமாக இருக்கும் நிலையில் அவர்களை ஒன்றும் செய்வதில்லை.மேலும் சாதாரண எதிர்ப்பு சக்தி உடைய ஒருவரை இது இலேசான பாதிப்புகளுடன் தாக்கும்.தோலில் இலேசான கட்டி,அல்லது மூக்கில் SINUSITIS போன்றவை உண்டாகும்.

ஆனால் எதிர்ப்பு சக்தி குறைவாக இருக்கும் நிலையில் இது ஒருவரை பல கோணங்களில் அபாயகரமாக தாக்கும் வல்லமை படைத்தது.தோலில் கட்டி என்று ஆரம்பித்து அது வீங்கி சீழ் பிடித்து அதன் வழியாக ரத்த நாளங்களினூடே சென்று இதயம் கல்லீரல் சிறுநீரகம் நுரையீரல் என்று எதிர்ப்பட்ட அத்தனை உறுப்புகளையும் தாக்கி சேதப்படுத்திவிடும்.

நீரிழிவு நோயாளிகள்,AIDS நோயாளிகள்,மேலும் அடிக்கடி அறுவை சிகிச்சைக்கு உட்படுத்த படுபவர்கள் பெண்கள் குழந்தைகள் இவையே இக்கிருமிகளின் TARGET கள்  ஆவார்கள்.

மூக்கு சிந்தும்போது தும்மும் போது மூக்கு சளியை தொடும்போது இக்கிருமி தொற்றும் வாய்ப்புகள் அதிகம் 

இக்கிருமி Methicillin என்ற penicillin வகை கிருமி எதிர்ப்பங்களுக்கு (Antibiotics) கட்டுப்பட்டவை ஆக இருந்தன.
ஆனால் இம்மருந்துகளை சரியான முறையில் எடுக்காததாலும்,மருத்துவ வழிகாட்டுதல் இல்லாமல் இந்த ஆண்டிபையாட்டிக்குகளை தவறுதலான முறையில் பயன் படுத்தியதால் இக்கிருமிகள் இப்பொழுது புதிய வீறுகொண்ட வடிவத்துடன் உலக முழுவதும் பரவுகின்றன.இனி இவற்றை methicillin கொண்டு குணப்படுத்த முடியாததால் இவற்றிற்கு Community Acquired -Methicillin Resistant S.Aureus (CA-MRSA) என்கிறார்கள்.
இவை பற்றிய ஒரு சமீபத்திய ஆய்வு ஒரு புதிய தெளிவை வெளிப்படுத்தி உள்ளது.
அதாவது இக்கிருமிகளின் தோலில் அதிக அளவு சர்க்கரை Polymer ஆன Lipoteichoic acid என்ற அமிலம் இருப்பதால்தான் இந்த எதிர்ப்புசக்தி உண்டாகிறது என்று ஒரு புதிய ஆய்வு அறிக்கை கூறுகிறது.இந்த  அமிலம் ஒரு நீரில் கரையக்கூடிய பாஸ்பாரிக் அமிலம் ஆகும்.இது கொழுப்பில் கரையக்கூடிய ஒரு சர்க்கரை சத்துடன் சேர்ந்து(Glycolipid) இந்த பாக்டீரியாவின் தோல்பகுதியை எந்த ஆன்டிபயோட்டிக்கும் தாக்காதவாறு அந்த கிருமிக்கு அபாரமான எதிர்ப்பு சக்தியை தருவதாக கூறும் இந்த புதிய ஆய்வு எதிர்காலத்தில் இந்த வகை கிருமிகளுக்கு நல்லதொரு தீர்வை காண வழிவகை செய்து இருக்கிறது.
இந்த ஆய்வை மேற்கொண்டவர்கள் ஜெர்மனி சேர்ந்த Tubingen என்ற நகரிலுள்ள Interfaculty Institute Of Microbiology And Infection Medicine,மற்றும் German Center For Infection Research -ஐ சேர்ந்த விஞ்ஞானிகள்.
சாதாரணமாக எதிர்ப்புஇல்லாத S.aureus,
Methicillin,naficillin,oxacillin போன்ற பென்சிலின் வகை கிருமி எதிர்ப் பான்களுக்கும் மற்றும் Cephalosporin களுக்கும் கட்டுப்படும்.ஆனால் CA -MRSA எனப்படும் இந்த புதுவகை கிருமி மேற்கூறிய எந்த மருந்திற்கும் கட்டுப்படாது.
காரணிகள்:-
1.சுத்தம் இல்லாத இடங்கள்.
2.சுகாதாரம் பேணப்படாத கழிவறைகள் 
3.ஆஸ்பத்திரியில் சுகாதாரம் பேணப்படாமை 
4.சிறைச்சாலைகள் 
5.ரோட்டிலும் பிளாட்பாரத்தில் தங்குவார்கள்

நம் உடம்பின் முக்கிய உறுப்புகளில் விலை மதிக்க முடியாதது கண் தான்.இதயம் நின்று விட்டாலும் மூளை செத்து விட்டாலும் மரணம் தான்.கதை முடிந்த்துவிடும்.நிம்மதி.

ஆனால் கண் இருண்டுவிட்டால் வாழ்க்கையே இருண்டு விடும்.

கண்ணில் கோளாறு என்றுவந்து விட்டால் மருந்தகங்களில்  போய் ஒரு மருந்தாளுனரிடம் நம் நோயை சொல்லுகிறோம் அவரும் ஒரு சொட்டு மருந்தையோ அல்லது கண் களிம்பையோ தருவார் 

அதை உபயோகிக்குமுன் அந்த மருந்துகளின் வகைகளையும் அதன் பயன்களையும் நாமும் தெரிந்து  கொள்வோமே.

கண்ணின் அமைப்பு சுருக்கமாக:-

1.கண் இமைகள் இவை மடிப்பு திசுக்களால் ஆன ஒரு அமைப்பு ஆகும் 

2.கண் இமைக்கு அடுத்தாற்போல் இருக்கும் குழி மாதிரி அமைப்பிற்கு CONJUNCTIVAL CUL DE SAC என்று பெயர்.

3.கண் இமையோடு படர்ந்திருக்கும் வெள்ளை நிற தோலுக்கு CONJUNCTIVA என்று பெயர் .

4.கண்ணின் கருவிழிகள் அமைந்திருக்கும் முன்பகுதியை மூடியிருக்கும் கண்ணாடி போன்ற மெல்லிய போர்வைக்கு CORNEA என்று பெயர்.

5.மொத்த கண் உருண்டைக்கு கண் பந்து (EYE BALL )என்று பெயர் 

6.கண்ணின் கருவிழியில் நடுவில் இருப்பது LENS என்ற கண்ணாடி திசுவாகும்.இந்த கண்ணாடியை இருபக்கமாக சமமாக பிடித்து நிற்பவை CELIA தசைகளாகும் 

7.கருவிழியின் கருமைக்கு அதில் அமைந்திருக்கும் IRIS என்ற அமைப்பாகும் இந்த அமைப்பு CAMERA வில் அதன் EXPOSURE ஆடியை கிளிக் என்று திறந்து மூடிக்கொள்ளும் அமைப்பை போன்றது.இது போதுமான அளவுதான் ஒளியை லென்ஸில் பட அனுமதிக்கும் அளவுக்கதிகமான ஒளி லென்சிற்குள் பாய முயலும் போது இது லென்ஸை நிழல் போல் திரை இட்டு பாதுகாக்கும்.உதாரணமாக உச்சி பகல் சூரியனை நாம் பார்க்க முயலும் போது ஒரு பச்சை திரை நம் பார்வையை மறைப்பதை நாம் உணரலாம் இதற்க்கு காரணம் IRIS தான்.

8.கண்ணை வெளி கண் உள் கண் என இரு பகுதிகளாக பிரிக்கும் போது வெளி கண்ணில் கண்ணீர் சுரப்பிகளும் conjunctival cul de sac ம் இருப்பதை அறியலாம்

உள்பகுதியில் sclera என்ற கண் பந்தை மூடியிருக்கும் தோல் ,மற்றும் மேல் கூறிய கருவிழிகள் லென்ஸ் ஐரிஸ் மற்றும் இதர பகுதிகளும் அமைந்துள்ளன 

9.கருவிழியை தாண்டி அதன் பின் பகுதிக்கும் எட்ட இருக்கும் விழித்திரைக்கும் (retina )இடையில் உள்ள இடை வெளியில் ஜெல்லி போன்று தேங்கியவாறு  ஒரு திரவம் நிரம்பி இருக்கும் இதற்கு VIREOUS HUMOUR என்று பெயர்.இதுதான் லென்ஸ் வழியாக வரும் ஒளியை விழித்திரையில் தெளிவாக விழும் அளவில் சரியான தூரத்தில் அதை பிடித்திருக்கும்.இதன் அளவு விரிந்தோ சுருங்கியோ இருந்தால் அதற்கேற்றாற்போல் கிட்டப்பார்வை தூரப்பார்வை என்று குளறுபடி ஏற்படும்.

கண் திசுக்களில் செல்கள் சில நேரங்களில் உதிர்ந்து இந்த VITREOUS-இல்  மிதக்கும்.இவைதான் நம் பார்வையில் நம் முன்னே குமிழிகளாக தெரியும்.

மேலும் மயக்க நிலை அல்லது அடி போன்றவற்றால் இந்த VITREOUS நிலை குலையும் அப்போது நம் கண் முன்னே பூச்சிகள் பறப்பது போன்ற காட்சி விரியும்.
நம் கண்களின் ஓரத்தில் ஒரு சிறு அரிப்பு போன்ற அமைப்பும் அதனை தொடர்ந்து புனல் போன்ற குழாயும் இருக்கும் இவற்றிக்கு பெயர் முறையே TRABECULAR MESHWORK என்றும் CANAL OF SCHLEMM என்றும் பெயர்.இவற்றை நாம் பார்க்க முடியாது இவற்றின் மூலம் தான் நம் கண்கள் அதிக அழுத்தம் கொடுக்கும் நீர்ச்சத்தை வடியவிட்டு வெளியேற்றி விடுகிறது.
1.கண் தொற்று நிவாரணிகள் (ANTI INFECTIVE EYE MEDICINES ):-
இந்த மருந்துகள் கண்ணில் தொற்று நோய் ஏற்பட்டால் உபயோகிக்க கூடியவை.இவற்றில் பெரும்பாலும் கீழ்கண்ட தொற்று எதிர்ப்பான்கள் இருப்பன.
1.SULPHACETAMIDE EYEDROPS
2.CHLORAMPHENICOL  ,,
3.GENTAMICIN                 ,,
4.TOBRAMYCIN                 ,,
5.POLYMIXIN                     ,,
இவை தவிர கீழ்கண்ட வைரஸ் எதிர்ப்பானும் கண் மருந்துகளாக வருகிறது.அது ACYCLOVIR ஆகும் இது சொட்டு மருந்தாகவும் களிம்பாகவும் கிடைக்கிறது.
பொதுவாக மேல்கண்ட மருந்துகளை டாக்டரின் சிபாரிசு இல்லாமல் OTC ஆக எடுக்கலாம் ஆனால் டாக்டரின் ஆலோசனையுடன் எடுப்பதே சிறந்தது.
கீழ்கண்ட கோளாறுகளுக்கு ANTIBIOTIC மருந்துகள் பயனாகின்றன:-
1.STYE (கண்கட்டி ) இதன் அறிகுறிகள் கண் சிவத்தல்,வலி,மற்றும் கண் இமை வீக்கம்.இது கண் இமையில் இருக்கும் வியர்வை சுரப்பிகள் வீக்கத்தால் ஏற்படுகிறது.இது கிருமி தொற்றினால் ஏற்படுகிறது.இது பொதுவாக சூடான ஒத்தடங்களின் மூலம் சுகமாகும்.இருப்பினும் டாக்டரிடம் காட்டி ANTIBIOTIC கண் மருந்துகளை உபயோகிக்கலாம் 
2.கண் இமை அழற்சி (BLEPHARITIS ):-இதற்க்கு டாக்டரிடம் காட்டி ANTIBIOTIC குகள் உபயோகிக்கவும்.இதில் கண் அரிப்பும் சிவப்பும் மிகுதியாக இருக்கும் 
3.கண்ணை சுற்றி கருமை (BLACK EYES):கண்ணிலே பலமான அடி விழுந்தால் இந்த நிலை ஏற்படும்.இதற்கு ஒரு நாள் முழுதும் சூடான் ஒத்தடமும் மறுநாள் முழுதும் ஐஸ் ஒத்தடமும் கொடுத்தகால் சரியாகும் மருந்து தேவை இல்லை.
ஆனால் கண் இமை அடி விழுந்ததில் பாதிக்கப்பட்டு இருந்தால் டாக்டரிடம் காட்ட வேண்டும்.
4.Conjunctivitis எனப்படும் கண் வெள்ளை பகுதி தொற்றினால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டு இருந்தால் கண்  சிவத்தல் வலி போன்றவை இருக்கும்.டாக்டரிடம் காட்டி Antibiotics சொட்டு மருந்தோ களிம்போ  உபயோகிக்கவேண்டும்.
5.Dacryoadenitis:- இது கண்ணீர் சுரப்பிகள் கிருமிகளால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டு இருந்தால் ஏற்படும்.இதன் அறிகுறிகள் கண் சிவத்தல் வலி மற்றும் உருட்டல்.இதற்க்கு டாக்டரிடம் காட்டி Antibiotic சொட்டு மருந்துகள் எடுத்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
கடைகளில் கிடைக்கும் சில மருந்து வகைகள் :-
1.Ofloxacin இது ஒரு ஆண்டிபயாடிக் சொட்டு மருந்து ஆகும்.இதை கண்ணில் தொற்று இருந்தால் பயன் படுத்தலாம் 
2.Gatiloxacin (ஆண்டிபயாடிக் ) மற்றும் Dexamethasone (ஸ்டெராய்டு)கலவை.இதை கண்ணில் தொற்று  மற்றும் அழற்சி (Inflammation )இருந்தால் டாக்டரின் துணையுடன் பயன்படுத்தலாம் ஆனால் 3 வயதிற்கு உட்பட்ட குழந்தைகளுக்கு கூடாது.
3.Hypermelose (Tear Naturale )இவ்வகை மருந்துகள் கண் வறட்சிக்கு (Dry Eyes )பயன் படுத்தலாம்.
4.Astringents(திசு சுருக்கிகள்):-இவ்வகை மருந்துகள் திசுக்களில் சுருக்கம் உண்டாக்கி கண் அரிப்பு வலி போன்றவற்றை நீக்கும்.இப்போதைக்கு FDA வினால் அனுமதிக்கப்பட்ட zinc sulphate (25%) கண் மருந்துகளே மிகவும் பாதுகாப்பான astrigent ஆகும்.
5.Demulsants இதை தமிழில் சினித்தகாரி அல்லது மென்மை  படுத்தும் மருந்து எனலாம் இவை வறண்ட கண்களில் செயற்கையாக ஈரப்பதம் உண்டாக்க பயன்படுத்தலாம் பெரும்பாலும் இதில் Methylcellulose வகை ரசாயணிகளும்,டெக்ஸ்டரான்-70,கிளிசரின்,ஜெலாட்டின் ,பாலி எத்திலீன் கிளைக்கால்,பாலி சார்பேட்டு -80,ஹைடிராக்சி எதைல் செல்லுலோஸ்,ஹைடிராக்சி புரோப்பைல் மீத்தைல் செல்லுலோஸ் ,பாலி வினைல் ஆல்கஹால்,போவிடோன் மற்றும் ப்ரொபைலின் கிளைக்கால் ஆகியவற்றில் ஏதேனும் ஒன்று இருக்கும்.பயன்படுத்துவதற்கு முன் அதன் பாட்டில் லேபில் மீது மேற்கண்ட எதாவது ஒரு மருந்து இருக்கிறதா என்று பார்க்கவும் 
6.Decongestants and Vasoconstrictors:இவற்றை தமிழில் அடைப்பு நீக்கிகள் மற்றும் இரத்தக்குழாய் சுறுக்கிகள் எனலாம்.இவை பெரும்பாலும் அட்ரீனலின் வகையை சேர்ந்தவை ஆக இருக்கும்.இவை ரத்தக்குழாய்களை சுருக்கி இரத்த ஓட்டத்தை குறைத்து கண்ணின் வெண் விழி பகுதியில் ஏற்படும் சிவப்பு,வலி ஆகியவற்றை குணப்படுத்தும்.(உ-ம்).1.Naphazolin Hydrochloride (Clear Eyes)
2.Phenylephrin Hydrochloride (Isopto Frin)
3.Tetrahydrazolin (Murine Plus)
4.Oxymetazolin Hydrochloride (Ocu Clear)
இவை தவிர இவை ஹிஸ்டமின் எதிர்ப்பான் (Anti Histamins)கூட்டிலும்(combination) கிடைக்கிறது அவை ,
1.Naphazolin Plus Solution
2.Naphcon-A
3.Opcon-A
நினைவிருக்கட்டும் மேலே கண்ட மருந்துகள் எதையும் டாக்டரின் கண்காணிப்பு இல்லாமல் அதிகநாள் உபயோகித்தால் மீண்டும் நோய் நிலை திரும்பும்.மேலும் இவை Angle Closed Glaucoma உள்ள நிலையில் உபயோகிப்பது கண்டிப்பாக கூடாது.
7.ஹைப்பர் டானிக் (Hypertonic Solutions) மருந்துகள் 
இவை பெரும்பாலும் 0.9% க்கு கீழுள்ள சோடியம் குளோரைடு கரைசல் ஆகும்.பெரும்பாலும் இக்கரைசல்களில் 2 to 5% சோடியம் குளோரைடு இருக்கும். 
இவை பெரும்பாலும் கண் கருவிழியின் மேலுறையில் (Cornea) ஏற்படும் வீக்கத்தை சுகமாக்கும்.
ஹைப்பர் டானிக் கண் மருந்துகளை கவனக்குறைவாக உபயோகித்தால் Cornea கிழிந்து போகும் எனவே டாக்டரின் ஆலோசனை இல்லாமல் எடுக்க கூடாது.
8.செயற்க்கை கண்ணீர் சொட்டு மருந்துகள் 
இவற்றில் ஹைப்பர் டானிக் சோடியம் குளோரைடு ,ஒரு சமநிலை ஏஜென்ட் (Buffeing),ஒரு விஸ்காஸிட்டி ஏஜென்ட்,ஒரு கிருமிநாசினி (Preservative) இவற்றுடன் நாம் மேலே கண்டவாறு ஏதாவதொரு methylcellulose போன்ற ஒரு Demulsant இருக்கும்.
இதில் வேடிக்கை என்னவென்றால் சிலருக்கு இந்த செயற்கை கண்ணீர் சொட்டு மருந்துகளில்  இருக்கும் Preservative களினால்  கண் அரிப்பு ஏற்படலாம்.Benzoylchloride என்ற பொருள்தான் பெரும்பாலும் கண் மருந்துகளில் Preservative ஆக பயன் ஆகிறது.எனவே இப்போது புதிதாக Preservative இல்லாமல் ஒரு நேர (Single Dose) ampule களாக இவை கிடைக்கின்றன.இவற்றை ஒரு ampule ஒரு நேரத்திற்கென்று பயன்படுத்தி கொள்வதால் Preservative தேவை இல்லை.
வறண்ட கண்களுக்கும் Conjunctivitis sicca எனப்படும் கண் வெண் விழிப்படல அழற்சிக்கும் டாக்டரின் ஆலோசனைப்படி எடுத்து கொள்ளலாம்.

மருந்து சீட்டு கண் மருந்துகள் (Prescription Medicines)

1.Atropin: இது ஒரு Anticholinergic மருந்தியல் வகையை சேர்ந்தது.இவை Cholinergic நரம்பு மண்டலத்தை சுருக்கி Adrenergic நரம்பு மண்டலத்தை மிகை படுத்துவதால் ஏராளாமான பக்க விளைவு கொண்டவை.இவை கருவிழியை அகட்டி கண்ணில் ஒருவித மரப்பு நிலையை ஏற்படுத்தும் கண் மங்கலை உண்டாக்கும் இவற்றை கண் பரிசோதனைக்கு முன் ஆஸ்பத்திரிகளில் கண்ணில் இடுவார்கள்.கண் அழுத்தம் அதிகமுடைய நீரிழிவு நோயாளிகள் இதை தவிர்ப்பது நன்று.

 2.Cosopt Eyedrops :-இது ஒரு மிகச்சிறந்த கண்ணழுத்த நோய் நிவாரணி ஆகும் இதில் Timolol மற்றும் Dorzolamide என்ற இரு மருந்துகள் இருக்கின்றன ஒன்று இரத்த அழுத்த நோய்க்கு பயன் ஆகும் பீட்டா அடைப்பான் (Timolol-a beta blocker) வகையை சேர்ந்தது.மற்றது நீர் இளக்கி (Dorzolamide-a diuretic) வகையை சேர்ந்தது.இவற்றை டாக்டரின் உதவியுடன் Glaucoma போன்ற கண் அழுத்த நோயாளிகள் பயன் படுத்தலாம்.

3.கார்ட்டிகோ ஸ்டெராய்டு கண் மருந்துகள் :-

இவை மிகப்பிரபலமாக மருந்து கடைகளில் கிடைக்கும்.கண் சிவத்தல்,அழற்சி,கண் வலி மற்றும் அரிப்பு இவற்றை குணமாக்கும்.இவை நோய் எதிர்ப்பு சக்தியை குறைப்பதால் டாக்டரின் உதவியுடன் எடுப்பதே சிறந்தது.

It seems we all should have an apology to consider as recent research has confirmed that gut appendix is not a useless waste organ to be removed as in the case of its inflammatory state known as Appendicitis.

In reality far from being a superfluous tissue it may well have silently helped keep our immune system in check all these years.

This study result nullified the previous theory of Dr.Charles Darwin the Evolution Theory Master in the previous century that appendix was used to digesting leaves.

But the latest research has proved that the appendix is nothing to do with our digestive system instead it is a compact package of good bacteria to keep our body to be protected from diseases throughout our life.

In simple words, the appendix is a secondary immune organ of our body that strengthens our primary immune system.

Back in 2007 a group of scientists has first revealed a study result that appendix is acting as safeguard to our body as protection from diseases. This is now confirmed with some more shreds of evidence by the scientist Dr.Heather Smith from Midwestern University Arizona College.

Dr.Smith et al have used 533 mammals for this study and throughout their study that the presence of the organ proved a purpose as once it evolves in the body get never disappeared. This proves that it is not a waste.

The research revealed a closed look of the body tissues which shows more protective lymphoid cells in the samples which have the presence of an appendix.

Then what about those who have been already removed the organ?

Dr.smith replies that it does not matter but they may take a little bit of prolonged recovery time when they fall ill.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has turned the country into Hiroshima and Nagasaki by dropping the demonetization bomb, the Shiv Sena has said in its most vicious attack on the government over the shock recall of high-value banknotes.
The Sena, an ally of the ruling BJP at the Centre, has been critical of the government ever since Modi’s November 8 announcement recalling 500 and 1000-rupee notes that sucked out 86% of the banknotes in circulation.
In an editorial in its mouthpiece, Saamana, the Sena also accused Modi of taking decisions unilaterally, besides making the comparison with the two Japanese cities destroyed by atomic bombs dropped by the United States during World War II.

There are many lessons that we should learn from the mysterious death of the former Tamil Nadu C.M. Miss Jayalalitha.

1. First Lesson Good Faith in Almighty God.
Because Miss. Jeyalaitha did not have good faith in the Mightiness of God.
Her religious faiths are all only doing some worthless rituals.
That is why she had thirst for power, and she herself imitated the incarnation of a Goddess and enjoyed to reign ruthless and pseudo-party men and ministers and happily made them fall on her foot in every function.
2. Second Lesson Good Relationships
Confidence is essential for life. But overconfidence is dangerous and it will bring bad and ruthless friendships like the one between Miss. Jayalalitha and Mrs.Natrajan.
3. Love Thy Neighbours
Jayalalitha did not have any contact or relationships with any of her neighbors in that area either within Poes Garden or surrounding the area but did have a relationship with the Mannargudi Family which does not have any residence there.
4. Love Thy Family.
Jayalalitha blocked all contact with any of the remaining members of her own blood relative, because of her prejudiced mentality.
5. Head weight and Ego
It is good for anybody to be proud of himself or herself as being a creature of God but it is bad for anybody to have head weight and ego towards His creatures. Jayalalitha invited her own bad destiny through her own head weight and ego.
6. Knowledge and Wisdom
Choose friendships by using your knowledge and wisdom and not by your thirst for power and greediness. Jayalalitha chose her friendship with Sashikala not by wisdom but by greed and bad sense.
7. Carefulness
When we get up a mistake it is advisable to correct it by taking advice from others or by using our own sense of care. But Jayalalitha neither was in a position to take advice from others nor used her own sense of care when she got up the mistake of her relationship with Sashikala Natrajan.
8. Self-Praising and Boasting
Both are worthless and unhealthy for a person to lead her life smoothly. Jayalalitha's most ugly weakness was her self-praising and boasting mentality. Even though these are common in all our Indian politics but Jayalalitha was a blind and little bit more. By using these weaknesses Mrs.Narajan and her family conveniently and easily admired her to push her to disaster.
9. Safe Residence
Do not allow strangers into your residence while you are alone. Jayalalitha allowed Mrs.Natrajan to enter her house at the very first sight when she was spotted at the main gate. This was her foolishness.
10. At last, Choose a safe hospital
Nowadays safety is of great concern to getting medical treatments in super facility hospitals.

There was an old hit movie known by the title COMA with a story that many terminally ill patients died in mysterious situations in a famous multispeciality hospital. All of them before attained their death would go first into a mysterious irreversible coma stage for several days and then to death. The novel is familiar and is written by the famous novelist Robin Cook. The purpose of the induced coma is to steal their internal organ for black market sales.

Now many big hospitals are seen with attractive glass buildings and their business is flourishing. Every big superstar hospital is owned by big VIPs who are multi-billionaires and Dhadhas.

Now our C.M.Miss Jayalalitha was all in all well in health up to 21 st of Sept.
2016. But on the 22nd of the next day at night at 10.30, she was moved to Apollo Hospital in Greens Road Chennai mysteriously and suddenly and admitted there as a patient without anybody's consent except Mrs.Sasikala Natrajan.

The hospital sources released a confirmed statement that Miss. Jayalalitha was admitted as a patient of dehydration with little fever. She had some difficulty breathing as her lungs were infected and the trachea was filled with pus.

Further, they continued that C.M.was normalized, with good consciousness and cooperation, and she, was breathing with a breathing aid and was put in ICU-ward.

Many days passed without any news about her and the hospital did not allow anybody else to see her except Mrs.Natrajan.The Apollo Chief Dr.Prathap Reddy gave a pleasant statement after a vast silence, that Mrs.Jayalalitha improved well and now she took solid foods and breathed normally without any aid.

Many days passed. Again Dr.Prathap Reddy told that Miss. Jayalalitha was completely cured and she was transferred to the normal ward from ICU.

Mrs.Natrajan further added to the ecstasy that our Amma cured well, recognized everybody, and uttered a word that "I take a new birth"

In between, no one was an eyewitness and nobody was allowed in to see her including ministers and the Governor.

From this, we learn that in such big hospitals anything will happen against the common principles and disciplines.

Carbon Monoxide is used in many high-graded hospitals. This gas can be used in controlled and careful doses to get several medical benefits from infections to organ transplantation. But at the same time, it can pollute our breath as a silent killer. Carbon Monoxide can be used to induce brain death and coma to keep the body alive for several months to be used for organ removal for sales in the black market. See the motion picture Coma.

Propofol is a sedative used in many super specialty hospitals as a powerful pain killer with careful usage under strict medical supervision. This drug can be misused to finish a person's life without a trace as in the death case of the famous singer late Mr.Mike Jackson.

But it is not the purpose of this article to doubt every hospital. There are many hospitals and clinics offering dedicated medical services. But care should be taken before getting into a medical faculty for treatments, especially for surgical treatments.

Whenever going to a hospital for treatments take with you at least two trusted caretakers who is having some experience in hospital surroundings. Better they should be trustworthy and close blood relatives.

Go to a trusted doctor with manners and kindness. Choose hospitals with openness and good hospitality.

Choose hospitals that have minimum and reasonable charges.

Ask for reasons for every examination and test prescribed. Do not accept frequent radio examinations such as X-radiations.

Take care during the blood collection from your vein that the nurse is using new syringes and needles.

If an injection is prescribed do not accept the medicine after drawn inside the syringe and kept on the table for some time.  

Moral

Hence Head Weight, Power Thirsty, and Ego will lead life into disaster. This is the moral lesson one should learn from the death of Miss. Jayalalitha.

அவரது வீழ்ச்சியில் நாம் பெரும் பாடம் என்ன?எவ்வளவுதான் உயர்ந்த நிலையில் இருந்தாலும் மரணம் ஒருவரை வீழ்த்தியே தீரும் .திரு குர்ஆனில் the hypocrites (Al Munafiqun)என்ற அத்தியாயத்தில் 11 ஆவது வசனத்தில் இறைவன் கூறுகிறான் "தவணை வந்து விட்டது என்றால் ஒருவரது உயிரை எடுப்பதில் இறைவன் ஒரு போதும் பிற்படுத்த மாட்டான்"

ஜெயலலிதா மட்டுமல்ல எவரும் மரணத்தை எப்போது வரும் என்று அறிந்தவரல்ல.ஜெயலலிதா சரியான இறைநம்பிக்கை கொள்ள தவறிவிட்டார்.

அகந்தையும் ,கர்வமும்

அது பரவாயில்லை ஒருவருக்கு அகந்தையும் கர்வமும் வந்து விட்டதென்றால் அவர் நிச்சயிக்கப்பட்ட மரணத்தை விரும்புபவராக இருக்க மாட்டார்.அவர் விரும்பாத நிலையில் மரணம் வரும் போது அது  எவ்வளவு வேதனை தரும் என்பதை மரணிப்பவரே அறிவார்.காரணம் அகந்தை அறிவுக்கண்ணை மறைத்துவிடும்.சொந்த பந்தங்கள் இரத்த உறவுகளை கூட புறக்கணித்துவிடும்.நம்பத்தகாதவர்களை நம்பவைத்துவிடும்.இந்த நிலையில்தான் ஜெயலலிதா மரணம் அடைந்தார்.சிந்திப்பவர்கள் சிந்திப்பீர்களாக 
அது மட்டுமல்ல நாம் கொண்ட மமதை நல்லவர்களை கூட நம்மிடம் நெருங்க விடாது.பொறாமைக்காரர்கள் பகைவர்கள் ஆகியோரது பார்வையை நம் மீது திருப்பிவிடும்.நம்முடைய அகந்தை பகைவர்களை தேடித்தரும் .அவர்கள் நம்மை வீழ்த்தி நம் அதிகாரத்தை பறிக்க சந்தர்ப்பத்தை எதிர் பார்க்க வைத்துவிடும் .இதுதான் ஜெயலலிதாவின் வாழ்க்கையிலும் நடந்தது.
அகந்தையை விட்டுவிடுங்கள் .அனைவரையும் மதியுங்கள்.மரியாதை கொடுத்து மரியாதையை பெற்றுக்கொள்ளுங்கள்.மற்றவரின் சிறு சிறு தவறுகளை மன்னியுங்கள்.கர்வமும் பெருமையும் உங்களை ஆதரவற்றவராக்கிவிடும். ஆபத்தில் கொண்டு விட்டுவிடும்.தீயவர்களின் வலையில் வீழ்த்திவிடும்.

நல்ல நம்பிக்கை

நம்பிக்கையே வாழ்க்கை என்றாலும் அதிகப்பிரசங்கித்தனமான நம்பிக்கை ஆபத்தில் கொண்டு விட்டு விடும் என்பது ஜெயலலிதாவின் மரணம் தரும் ஒரு பாடம்

அதிகார மமதையில் தன்  இரத்த உறவுகளை புறக்கணித்தார் பேராசையூட்டிய கூடாத நட்பினை தன்னுடன் சேர்த்துக்கொண்டார்.

புகழாசை 

சென்னை நகரமே பெரும் வெள்ளத்தில் தவித்தபோது உதவிக்கரங்கள் நீட்ட வந்த அனைவருக்கும் அம்மாவின் ஸ்டிக்கர் ஒட்ட நிர்பந்திக்கட்டது.இதை செய்தவர்கள் ஜெயலலிதாவின் கூட நட்பினர்.அவரது தற்பெருமையை அறிந்தே அவர்கள் இப்படி ஒரு கேவலமான காரியத்தில் இறங்கினர்.ஜெலலிதாவின் புகழாசை அவரது கண்ணை மறைத்தது.மக்கள் பணத்தில் வாங்கிய மடிக்கணினிகள் தன் படத்தை போட்டு மமதை அடைந்தார்.அந்த மமதையும் இறுமாப்பும் இறுதியில் எந்த பலனையும் தரவில்லை ஒரு பிச்சைக்காரனை விடவும் மோசமாக ஆஸ்பத்திரியில் அடைபட்டு கிடந்தது வேதனைகளை அனுபவித்து கடைசியில் மாண்டதுதான் மிச்சம்.

அதிகாரமும் ஆங்காரம் அடுத்தவர்களை இழிவு படுத்துவதும் இந்த உலகத்தை விட்டு போகும் நேரத்தில் எந்த லாபத்தையும் எடுத்துப் போக விடாது 
மொத்தத்தில் அம்மா அப்பாவையும் தன்  சகோதரனையும் இழந்த ஜெயலலிதா,கல்யாண சுகமும் பொய்யாகிப்போனதில் வெறுப்படைந்து தன் வாழ்வை முடித்துக்கொள்ள அவர் தேர்ந்தெடுத்த பாதை கண்மூடித்தனமானது. தன்னை ஒரு சுதந்திரப்பறவையாக்கிக்கொண்டது . எல்லா நியதிகளையும் உடைத்து யுகதர்மங்களையும் மீறி ஒருவித அதிகார போதையில் மிதந்தது.
அந்த போதை தலைக்கேறியதால்தான்  தனக்கிருந்த ஆதரவான எம்ஜியாரை மும்முறை பகைத்துக்கொண்டார்.
எனவே பேராசையும் தான்தோன்றித்தனமும் ஒருவரை எவ்வளவு பெரிய ஆபத்திலும் கொண்டு விட்டுவிடும் என்பது  ஜெயலலிதாவின் மரணம் தரும் மிகச்சிறந்த பாடம் ஆகும்

ஜெயலலிதா உயிருடன் இருக்கும் போது ஒரு போதும் கருணாநிதியுடனும் திமுக வுடனும் பரிவோ சமாதானமோ பாராட்டியதில்லை .அவர்களது துயரங்களில் கூட பங்கெடுத்ததுமில்லை பகிர்ந்து கொண்டதுமில்லை முரசொலி மாறன் மரணம்,கருணாநிதி நோய்வாய் பட்டு சக்கர நாற்காலியில் அமர்ந்தது என்று எதையும் அவர் பொருட்படுத்தியதில்லை முரசொலி மாறன் மரணத்திற்கு போயஸ் தோட்டத்தில் இனிப்பு பரிமாற்றத்துடன் கொண்டாட்டங்கள் நடந்ததாக கூட செய்திகள் கசிந்தன.கருணாநிதியின் சக்கரநாற்காலி உலாவை பொதிமூட்டையை நாற்காலியில் சுற்றவைத்திருப்பதுபோல் இருக்கிறது என்று ஜெயலலிதா கிண்டல் பண்ணியதாக கூட சில வதந்திகள் பரவின.
ஆனால் சமீபத்தில் கருணாநிதியை காவேரி ஆஸ்பத்திரியில் சேர்த்த போது  சசிகலா தம்பிதுரையை அங்கு அனுப்பி துயரத்தை பகிர்ந்து கொண்டார் ஜெயலலிதாவை ஸ்டாலின்  அப்போலோ வந்து விசாரித்து சென்றதற்கு பகரம் என்றாலும் ஒரு நெருடல் இருக்கத்தான் செய்கிறது.பார்த்தீர்களா நான் ஜெயலலிதா மாதிரி இல்லை.நாகரீகம் தெரிந்தவள் என்று சொல்வது மாதிரி இல்லை?எனவே நமக்குள் மோதல் வேண்டாம்.எங்கள்  முதுகை நீங்கள் சொரிய வேண்டாம் உங்கள் முதுகை நாங்கள் சொரிய மாட்டோம் ஏனென்றால் நம் இருவர் முதுகிலும் அவ்வளவு அழுக்கு மண்டிக்கிடக்கிறது.

இப்பொழுது ஜெயலலிதாவின் மரணத்தில் உள்ள மர்மம் சசிகலாவுக்கு ஒரு சோதனை.அது எப்படியாவது மறக்கப்பட வேண்டும் அப்போதுதான் எல்லாம் சரியாகும்
இதில் திமுகவை சரிகட்டிவிட்டால் போதும் மற்றபடி தமிழ்நாடு என்பது 99% மண்டூகங்களை கொண்ட ஒரு மாநிலம்.இந்த கழிசடை மாக்கள் கருணாநிதியின் அழிச்சாட்டியங்களையே மறந்து மன்னித்தவர்கள்.ஜெயலலிதா கொலையுண்டிருந்தால் கூட அதை அவர்கள் பொருட்படுத்த போவது இல்லை.அவர்களுக்கு கீதாவையும் தெரியாது.தீபாவையும் தெரியாது.இந்த மாக்களை ஆட்சி செய்ய எத்தனை கொலை கொள்ளைகளை செய்தாலும் குவாட்டரும் தீனியும் கொடுத்தால் போதும் ஒட்டு வாங்கிவிடலாம்

சசிகலாவை பொறுத்தவரை ஜெயலலிதாவின் மரணத்திலுள்ள மர்மங்கள் வெளிப்படாதவரை அவர் சந்தேகத்திற்கு உரியவர்.அவர் பின்னால் இருந்து இயக்குபவர் அவரது கணவர் நடராஜன்.சசிகலாவின்  மூளையாக இயங்குபவர்.சூத்திரங்கள் அமைத்துக்கொடுக்கும் சூத்திரதாரி ஒரு குள்ள நரி.

மக்களும் அப்படித்தான் இருக்கிறார்கள்.அதிலும் குறிப்பாக தமிழக மக்கள் எதையும் தூர நோக்குடன் பார்ப்பதில்லை.குறுகிய கண்ணோட்டம் உடையவர்கள்.எதையும் மாநில கண்ணோட்டத்துடன் பார்ப்பதில்லை தன்  வீடு,தன் சம்பாத்தியம்,தன்  குடும்பம் தன்  மக்கள் என்ற சுயநல குறுகிய கண்ணோட்டமே இவர்களிடம் இருக்கிறது.பக்கத்தில் உள்ள மாநிலத்தவரை பார்த்தும் கூட இவர்கள் பாடம் படிப்பதில்லை.ஒரு தமிழன் இன்னொரு தமிழனிடம் தான் மகா புத்திசாலி என்று காட்டிக்கொள்ள அவனை வாரி விடக்கூட தயங்க மாட்டான்.ஆனால் இன்னொருத்தன் காலை நக்கி தன சுய நலன்களை பார்த்துக்கொள்வான்.அதனால்தான் தமிழர்களை நாம் 99%சுரணைகெட்ட மாக்கள் என்று இதே கட்டுரையில் நாம் முன்னர் குறிப்பிட்டு இருந்தோம்
இதோ பாருங்கள் முன்னாள் முதல்வர் ஜெயலலிதாவின் மரணம் ஏன்? எதற்க்காக? எப்படி நடந்தது? என்று அறிய எந்த ஒரு தமிழனும் கொதித்து எழவில்லை.இது தங்களுக்கு தேவையற்றது என்று நினைக்கிறார்கள் ஆனால் இது எவ்வளவு முக்கியத்துவம் வாய்ந்தது.இதில் நம்முடைய மாநிலத்தின் எதிர்காலமே அடங்கி இருக்கிறது.இவர்களுடைய இந்த மெத்தனப்போக்கால் எவ்வளவு அசிங்கங்களை கேவலங்களும் அரங்கேறுகின்றன.அரசியலுக்கு முற்றிலும் சம்பந்தமில்லாத இந்த சசிகலா சின்னம்மா என்ற பட்டத்துடன் அதிமுக பொது செயலாளராக பதவி ஏற்கிறார் .அவரது எழுதிக்கொடுக்கப்பட்டு வாசிக்கப்பட்ட கன்னி ப்பேச்சில் "மக்களால் நான் .." என்கிறார்.இவரை எந்த தொகுதி மக்கள் எங்கே எப்போது தேர்ந்தெடுத்தார்கள் இவர் மக்களால் நான் என்று புழுகுவதற்கு .காரணம் நாம் கொடுக்கிற தைரியம்தான்.
அது மட்டுமல்ல மீடியாக்களும் பணம் பொறுக்கித்தின்னும் பொறுப்பற்ற நாய்களாகவே இருக்கின்றன.

உண்மையில் இந்த காரியத்தில் சசிகலா உண்மையாளர் ஆக இருந்தால் செப் 22 முதல் டிசம்பர் 5 ஆம் தேதி வரை நடந்த ஜெயலலிதா சம்பந்தப்பட்ட அத்தனை நடப்புகளையும் வீடியோ காட்சிகளுடன் ஒரு வெள்ளை அறிக்கையாக வெளியிட்டு இருக்க வேண்டும்.இதை எல்லாம் நாம் கேட்பதற்கு ஆர்ப்பரிக்க வேண்டாமா?
அதை விட்டு விட்டு ஜல்லிக்கட்டு வேண்டும் என்று ஆர்ப்பார்க்கிறீர்களே.வெட்கமாக இல்லை.தமிழனின் வீர விளையாட்டு என்கிறீர்கள் உடனே நீதிபதி அப்படியானால் ஒரு சிங்கத்தை தருகிறோம் உங்கள் வீரத்தை காட்டுங்கள் என்றவுடன்  டோனை மாற்றி இல்லை இல்லை எங்கள்  பாரம்பரிய விளையாட்டு என்கிறீர்கள் வெட்க கேடு .

மறைந்த தமிழக முதல்வரின் மரணத்தில் மர்மம் ஏதும் இல்லை அது இயற்கையாக நோய்வாய் பட்டு இறந்ததுதான் .அதில் திருமதி சசிகலாவுக்கோ அல்லது வேறு யாருக்குமோ ஏதும் பங்கு இருக்க முடியாது.மற்றபடி அதற்க்கு பின் நடந்த அத்தனை சம்பவங்களும் யதார்த்தமானதுதான்.இப்படி ஒரு சில ஊடகங்கள் அபிப்பிராயம் தெரிவிக்கின்றன.

சமீபத்தில் வெளிவந்த உணர்வு பத்திரிகையில் ஜனாப் பி.ஜெய்னுல் ஆபிதீன் அவர்கள் ஜெயலலிதாவின் மரணம் எதார்த்தமானதுதான் அதில் சந்தேகப்படும்படி எதுவும் இல்லை என்று சில  விவரங்களை தந்திருக்கிறார் அதோடு அதில் நாம் திருப்தி பட்டால் சரி இல்லை என்றால் மவ்னம் காக்கவும் என்று எழுதி இருக்கிறார் அது ஏன் என்று புரியவில்லை.ஒரு வேளை உண்மையை கூறினால் ஆபத்து என்ற எச்சரிக்கையா என்னவோ தெரியாது.எனவே அவர் கூட சரியான நிலையை எடுக்க தயங்கி இருப்பார் போலும்.ஆனால் மர்மத்தை கண்டு நாம் தலை குனிந்து மவுனியாக இருக்க முடியாது.

ஒரு முறை சசிகலாவை வெளியேற்றியும் இருக்கிறார்.அதாவது ஒரு முறை வாத்து என்னால் கூமுட்டையும் தர முடியும் என்று காட்டி இருக்கிறது.அந்த தடவை சசிகலா சரியான முன் தயாரிப்புடன் இருந்திருக்க மாட்டார்.வெளியேறி இருப்பார்.பிறகு ஜெயலலிதாவின் மனமறிந்து ஒரு நாடகமாடி அழுது மன்னிப்புக்கடிதம் தந்து சரியான பின் பலத்துடன் சரியான தருணத்தை எதிர்பார்த்து மீண்டும் ஜெயலலிதாவுடன் இணைந்திருக்கிறார்.

இரவு பதினோரு மணிக்கு மரணச்செய்தி வெளிவருமுன் அதே 5-12-16 மாலை மூன்று மணிக்கு அவசர அவசரமாக அதிமுக பொது குழு  கூடுகிறது மாலை 5.30க்கு இன்னார் இன்னார் மந்திரிகள் என்று முடிவெடுக்கப்படுகிறது மறுநாள் பன்னீர் எந்த துக்கமும் இல்லாமல் முதல்வராக முடி சூட்டிக்கொள்கிறார் இன்று சசிகலா அதிமுகவின் தலைமை பொறுப்புக்கும் வந்து நிற்கிறார்  ஜெயலலிதாவின் வாரிசுகள் உயிருடன் இருக்க ஜெயலலிதாவின் அம்மா வாங்கிய நிலத்தில் ஜெயலலிதா சினிமா நடிகையாக உழைத்து சம்பாதித்த அவரது வீட்டை இரத்த சம்பந்தமில்லாத யாரோ ஒரு சசிகலா சொந்தமாக்கிக்கொண்டாரே.இது ஒன்று போதாதா ஜெயலலிதாவின் சாவு மர்மம் நிறைந்ததுதான் என்று சொல்ல.

CAN NSAIDs CONTINUE TO BE RECOMMENDED FOR INFLAMMATION?

 

Recent research on breast cancer has revealed a confused result that aspirin and other NSAIDs are elevating and exacerbating the inflammatory condition in breast cancer.

The study is interesting as it goes against the result of the previous study result in the research on the benefits of aspirin in colorectal cancer.

Regular long time use of aspirin and other NSAIDs is associated with an increased risk of dying in patients suffering from type-1 endometrial cancer. A new study led by the researchers in Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center -Arthur C.James Cancer Hospital and Richard J.Solove Institute.(OSUCCC-James)

In this multinational observational study the team of cancer researchers sought to find out the association of regular use of NSAIDs use and the risk of dying of endometrial cancer among a cohort of more than 4000 patients.

The study revealed that about more than 60% of the population are associated with the risk of dying with the elevated conditions of endometrial cancers among women with type-1 endometrial cancers which is typically less aggressive than type-2. 

The association was statistically significant among patients who reported the use of NSAIDs in the past and in present at the time of diagnosis. It was strongest among patients who used the NSAIDs for more than 10 years but stopped at the time of diagnosis.

The use of NSAIDs are not increasing the mortality rate among those who suffer the more aggressive type-2 endometrial cancers.

It has been found out that chronic inflammation plays an important role in developing cancer and the recent study has shown that inhibition of inflammation also plays a role, said by Theodore Brasky Ph.D.,co-lead author, and cancer epidemiologist in OHUCCC-James.

Dr.Ashley Felix Ph.D., a cancer epidemiologist and one of the research team in OHUCCC-James said that they are continuing the study of the biologic mechanism by which inflammation is related to cancer.

The above research has given us an outline knowledge of the association of NSAIDs to the increasing number of deaths among women with type-1 endometrial cancer and not a thorough and confirmed result.

Women with endometrial cancer are far more likely to die of cardiovascular problems than cancer itself. Hence those who are taking NSAIDs for their cardiovascular problems (e.g.aspirin for heart attack) should continue it under medical supervision.

DO ASPIRIN CAN PREVENT CANCER?

A new study suggests that it is true that aspirin can prevent some forms of cancer.

Cancer is one of the fatal diseases and its prevalence is increasing every year exponentially worldwide. It can be prevented by healthy and clean lifestyles and by proper predictive tests to prevent it to occur.

A new study has suggested that a very low dose of aspirin taken periodically prevents the formation of cancer cells. This has been explained below.

In the year 2015 The United States Preventive Services Task Force suggested that daily use of a small dose of aspirin can prevent stroke and colorectal cancer.

The above theory has been confirmed by a research team from Oregon Health and Science University in collaboration with Oregon State University and the result is published in AJP Cell Physiology.

The study illustrates that aspirin indirectly inhibits the oncoprotein which causes the formation of cancer cells.

The effect is due to its anti-platelet activity rather than its direct action on the tumor cells.

Platelets are minute blood cells that in a healthy body prevent blood loss by forming small clots to check bleedings whenever necessary.

But it seems that the platelets also cause an increase in the level of a certain kind of blood protein which stimulates the formation of cancer cells. The oncoprotein is called as cMYC.

The actual metabolic function of the cMYC is regulating at least 15% of gene expression, cell formation and death, and total comprehensive cell metabolism. Hence overexpression of the genes in the cells stimulated by cMYC may trigger irregularity in cell multiplication and metabolism.

This will eventually lead to cancer.

In general the cancer cells lives in a hostile atmosphere as our body's natural immunity system tries attack to destroy them But the blood platelets give protection to them by increasing the cMYC levels in the blood. Aspirin in low doses can prevent and dismay the protection by acting on the platelets.

This is the first time that a study has shown the important role of the platelets regulating the gene expressions in cancer cells.

he researchers proved that almost a third of colorectal cancer and about 42% pancreatic cancer has the overexpression of cMYC.

Fortunately it has been proved that a low dose aspirin acts similarly and gives almost an equal superb effect as in high dose. Hence aspirin in its low dose can give a beneficial effect in preventing the cancer cells to proliferate and metastasize.

The question is why the researchers highlighted their object of the research by the branded name Aspirin of BAYER and not by the generic name Acetylsalicylic acid.?

Perhaps even if the research might have been sponsored by Bayer, the researchers conducted their research as a part of Aspirin's promotion.

One thing we should keep in our mind that acetylsalicylic acid (Aspirin) the generic drug is a salicylic acid derivative and irreversibly inhibits prostaglandin synthesis by the irreversible inhibition of the cyclooxygenase enzyme on prolonged use. This may lead to ulceration, kidney problems, and many more things.

Aspirin may exacerbate the condition of gout by elevating the uric acid level in the blood.

The research further says that prolonged use of aspirin is needed as an anti-cancer drug.

Hence it is still too early to start recommending to patients, say experts.

Actually what happened exactly on the night of 22nd  of September 2016 at Vedha Nilayam.

Rumors are surfacing regarding the mysterious death of Miss Jayalalitha. One of them is about a violent tussle between Miss Jayalalitha and Mrs.Sashikala on the first floor of the house.

A female servant witnessed that. When she heard a heated quarrel in the up-stairs she rushed there. But there she saw the quarrel turned into a violent tussle followed by Miss Jeyalaitha's fallout on the stair. The servant screamed and rushed down to call the security but was stopped by Mrs.Natrajan.Then Mrs.Natrajan  telephoned to somebody else and told the matter of Miss. Jayalalitha's fall out and asked for help to solve the problem.

At 10:30 p.m of the same night Miss Jeyalaitha was admitted to  Chennai Apollo Hospital with high security.No one was allowed to see her. The wonder is from the time when Miss Jayalalitha was put into the ambulance no one has seen her condition except Mrs.Natrajan.

The mystery continued for 75 days. From the day of admission the hospital was placed on high alert and security.No one was allowed to see her except her close aide Mrs.Sashi Natrajan. Even the Governor was not allowed to see her. Why?
The Apollo Hospital released timely statements about the condition of the C.M.as she was stable and was responding to the treatments. By all these 75 days the hospital sources never said that she was unstable and unresponsive to the treatments. Suddenly on 03-12-2016, a Saturday the bombarding statement from the hospital exploded that the C.M. suddenly got a cardiac arrest and transferred back to ICU for intensive care. The Saturday passed with a bitter silence followed by Sunday to reach its destiny by 12 O' clock followed by the bitter Monday the 05th of December 2016. The hospital officially announced the sad news of the Death of Miss. Jayalalitha on that Monday.

Miss. Jayalalitha's body was the first time put for public exhibition at the Rajaji Hall.75 days after the public saw the C.M. as dead.
The body revealed many doubts about its appearance. First of all the body shown markings of embalming at the chin to keep it for long time preservation and the condition of the body also revealed that it was already preserved for a long time before. It was not looking like a body placed in intensive food care by devoid of solid foods for 75 days.
Also it is very hard to even for a child to believe that the patient could take solid food by mouth while a catheter was inserted into the trachea. Confusion clouds.

4. How she got out from the ambulance at her arrival to the hospital, conscious or unconscious?
5. What are the medicines given to her during her stay in the hospital?
6. What are the treatments given to her during her hospital stay?
7. Who were the doctors attended during her hospital stay?
8. Who were the visitors during her hospital stay with their visited times?
9. What was the urgency to arrange the party members' meet before the death announcement?
10. What was the need for embalming?
It is the responsibility of the Apollo Hospital and Mrs.Natrajan & Co to answer the above questions. Otherwise the history will conclude about the death of  Miss. Jayalalitha is not an ordinary one but a mysterious one
