TAMILNADU IN DEHYDRATION
With the event of C.G's refusal to establish Cauvery Management Board and its withdrawal from its early promise of establishing C.M.B at the S.C now the State of T.N is going to fall in unrecoverable coma out of dehydration and respiratory distress.Certainly because of the nasty and bureaucratic politics the Federal System in India is in question Mark.
It is proved that the Central Government has no national interest but rather on celebration,singing national anthems by hoisting flags in national events.or blaming Muslims.The C.G.is a common body and should take neutral position and deliver unbiased justice while dealing with conflicts between states.Because it has to run the country by the tax money collected from all states.By sincerely collecting tax money from one state and showing careless stands for its righteous welfare is certainely .National Betrayal.With this attitude of the Center it is not possible to continue the federal unity.Celebraing Independence Days,Republic Days,singing national anthems and hoisting flags are meaning less.
Where is one India?The Center has to think Tamilnadu is one of the states in India covers 75% plain lands which is more suitable for paddy cultivation.While Karnataka and Kerala are not like that.Majority of their lands are mountainous and high lands.Karnataka stores Cauvery Water by checking with huge dams at Kabini,Hemavathi,and Harangi Rivers which is more than its needs.Even these checked water at Hemavathi and Harangi cannot be utilised by its northern regions because of the geographical hurdles.Merely they wastes water to sea.These dams were built by the then P.M of India,Late Mrs Indira Ghandhi by conspiring with the then Karnataka Governor Rulers.
During that time Tamilnadu was ruled by the elected DMK Government headed Mr.M.Karunanithi who never took any strong actions against it on that time because of his short views.He do not have any knowledge regarding to the values of water and agriculture.If at the very spot if he went to the SC on that time with a demand to establish a Tribunal of course T.N might have been saved now.But he bothered about his own safety and security only.Always he cared only about he and his family welfare.
Even when DMK was a part of the Central Government they missed the chance to give pressure to establish CMB.But they never cared to do it.DMK and Karunanithi will talk for the state welfare only when they become opponent party.Whenever they got the ruling seat they do not care about the people.
And the AIADMK regime also equally same in betraying the people.They also caring about their position only.In Karnataka all parties are uniting firmly together to show their state interest.But Amma Jeyalalitha has never shown any such attitude.Merely going to court is not the right way to fight for our right.Unity is the strong way to get the things back.But AIADMK under Amma has no such mental meturity.
If Cauvery is blocked or diverted by Karnataka, 8 districts of Tamilnadu will become deserts.This is almost 25% of the land of our nation.Center cannot ignore this truth.Our P.M.Mody should think if this happens it will certainely be an unremovable Black Stain in the History of BJP.
While Narmada Management Board between Gujerat,Maharashtra,Madyapradesh and Rajasthan,is possible,Godavri and Krishna Management boards between Karnataka,Maharashtra,Telengana and Andhra,is possible why not CMB for Tamilnadu.Water flow at Jeelam, Jeenab,Ravi,Pyas and Satlaj to our neibouring country Pakistan is possible is it not possible for a River Management Body to give water to a thisty state within our country.
