Vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin body can absorb it along with fatty foods is present in oil,seeds and nuts.

Eggs which is a high nutrient food contains essential amino acids,unsaturated fatty acids,and B-vitamins.Eggs also contain a small amount of vitamin E.This study accounted for how much total vitamin E was absorbed when vitamin E containing foods were co consumed with whole eggs.

This research helps to find a technique to increase the absorption of vitamin E present in foods which contain low dietary fat,but rich in vitamin E.

ISLAMIC CODES OF DIVORCE

A news from Dinamalar on 25-10-2016 said that Modi is keen to prohibit the code of divorce to break a marriage by Muslims by say at a single event talaq!talaq!!talaq!!!.

The news did not elaborate clearly what was the aim of Modi.

Because at a single event breaking the marriage for ever by saying three times talaq!talaq!!talaq!!! is not the Islamic code of divorce.There are some pagan Muslims out of ignorance and without having a detailed Islamic knowledge are practicing such a stupid and foolish procedure.They are misguided by some half knowledged Islamic preachers.Islam is nothing to do with this and is not responsible for that.If Modi is keen to prohibit such a cruel pagan act,a true Muslim will warmly welcome it.But his moto is not clear.

In Islam Allah allows a process which he hates,that  is the process of divorce.

Because he puts forth several condition to break the marriage.By his conditions he safe guard both the sides.

A talaq can be said once at one situation only.Even if a man said talaq ten times also it is considered to be the first and one talaq only.

After the first talaq the man if he changed his mind and want his wife back to him then he can call her back to reconcile  without any condition or witnesses within a period of four months. Even if four months passed, also he can reconcile her with some witnesses.These opportunities are given only for two times(means  in two occations)

If in a third occation if the man said talaq to the same wife he lost the opportunity of reconcile her back freely as before.Because Islam do not allow talaq to be played as an irresponsible act of playing games.

Islam allows divorce to be performed in a mere simple way without any complication to prevent disasters.If a man married with a woman because of parents imposition,but has no love or admiration with her then their life will become a burden and pity.It will be a hell for them to lead the life to destiny.Mens always have very weak mind which always try to escape from the trap by any means.It may go towards shortcut routes to solve the problem.

There are many reasons for a man to select a woman to tie the knot with her.

1.Her Prettiness and beuty

2.Her Wealthy backround

3.Her Family diginity

4.Her good manners.

Among the four reasons mentioned above Islam advice a man to have a happy married life select a woman to tie a knot for the fourth reason only.

But these are mostly not in practices.Even among the Muslims parents are fixing partners for their children according to their own taste.Mostly they selects partners for diginity,education,and wealth.The last or no preference is given to good manners.Hence most of the married partners are not enjoying much with happiness in their life.Some seeks divorce,some are patient,and some ends in peril.

There is no divorce in Hindu and other religion.They should live together by any means.In Christianity especially in RC marriage is fixed in Heaven.In Hindu religion the marriage knot is witnessed by the Angel of Agni and hence no one dire to break it apart.No divorce is possible but on contrary dowry is allowed on another side.

Divorce is possible by going to court but our jurisdiction put the case on pending for endless time ridiculously.The jurors and judges do not care about the hungry of the partners seeking solution for their problem.They care only for their month end salary and how to pass the month without working by putting endless pendings of the hearings.By the way they will waste the time by means of worthless counselling also.

By this period many things can happen.Fire accident,cooking stove explosion,electric shock,food poisoning and so on can happen to either partner.
Hence Islam does not beleives such concept marriage is fixed in Heaven or witnessed by any Angel.It says marriage is merely an agreement between a man and a woman to live as life partners.If any one breach it maximum try to rectify it by mutual counselling or safely break it apart.

To prevent all these disasters Islams says if either one or both of them have differences in any deals first thing Islam is advising the women give respect to her husband.Try to go with him and accept his moral orders.Make him happy and comfort because he take care of the family.

Similarly Islam advice the man also try to be soft towards her as she is very weak.Any problem try to solve it amicably by giving away some balances as women are by nature adamant.

After all the above things are not work out Islam says separate their bed apart from each other.Get counselling from the relatives, and neighbours.

If further the above things are not working out then say one talaq.

These are the Talaq Concepts of Islam. If Modi wants to ban this concept that means he indirectly allow the people in jeopardy.

THE COMMON CIVIL CODE

This is the major issue now is being spread out like a mushroom through the media and by all the common individuals throughout the country. Everywhere there are debates and public meetings regarding that by the nervous minorities and their fear are justifiable.

The BJP government at Delhi, at last, discovered the major issue as the main hurdle for the development of India. Once the Common Civil Code has been imposed all internal and external problems of the country will be automatically solved. The whole country will be flourished with a full-fledged flow of milk and honey throughout the country. All internal vital problems including The Cauvery, Mullai-Periyar, Palar issues between Tamilnadu and its neighbor states, many interstate border issues like the Belgaum Issue between Maharashtra and Karnataka, the Kashmir and other border issues between India and Pakistan, problems with China and Bangladesh, Conflicts of Assamese with Bengalis all will be amicably solved automatically by imposing the Common Civil Code in the country because according to the Genius Modi it would ensure equality and secularism among the people.

If there is a Nobel Award for Stupidity and Foolishness Mr.Modi and his Sang Parivars are more eligible for that.

Already there are common criminal codes of punishment is there which are wholly accepted by the Minorities even though the codes of punishments are not according to the codes mentioned in their religion or their tradition. Because criminal activities are common to all and are not related to a particular religious faith. For example Murder, Rape, Theft all these are accepted as crimes disregarding the different faiths. Hence without any difference all of them abide for the codes of punishment for the crime whatever the nature of punishment may be. For example for theft, there is some jail punishment and for first-degree murder there is a possible capital punishment by hanging at the noose in India. Even though these criminal punishments are differing from the punishment codes mentioned in Quran a Muslim does not resist the Indian Penal Code of criminal punishment and accepting it as he lives in India without harming his religious faith. Islam is also encouraging him to abide by all the laws and codes of his Mother Land and be Patriotic without harming his religious faith.

But civil activities are not like that. Every civil activity of the citizen of India is associated with their religious faiths and regional traditions. Civil activities are a form of civil rights. Majorities' faiths cannot be imposed on the Minorities and vice versa. Even among the majority also there are different faiths and traditions. The government has the responsibility to protect every individual citizen's rights in a democratic country like India. The government has the responsibility to protect Minority Rights from all forms of abuse because they are minorities.

Before singing National Anthem, celebrating Independence Days and Republic Days first Mr.Modi and his Sang Parvars should learn what is patriotism and how to be patriotic.

In the history itself Tipu Sultan has shown rebellion act and his rival Krishna Devrajar of Vijayanagaram shown patriotism with the then British East India Company regime.

A patriotic Government will not waste its energy and time by taking utter useless steps of imposing not practicable Common Civil code.

Due to your stepmother's attitude of not constituting the Cauvery Management Board with a one-sided mentality nearly about 25% of the nation is going to be a desert. The modern technology has developed gigantically so that  the world has been shrinked in our palm by internet,whatsapp,facebook and twitter and so on.The social medias like whatsapp,and facebook are conveniently giving us enormous rooms to express and exchange our thoughts, feelings and wisdom world wide within seconds.They are the mighty merciful and wonderful Gifts of Allah the Almighty for our well beings but on one condition that they should be properly handled.

Science is like a knife.If you use it properly it is a bless,otherwise it is a curse.

Now whatsapp the wonderful bless of Allah is mostly misused by some people to spread rumours,lies,and blunders.Nowadays there are some medical groups in the name of health service,in whatsapp they are publishing ruthless medical news in Tamil that CANCER IS NOT A DISEASE.I came across this article to read and I wondered about the crazy of some men to become famous among the people by mockery.

The article elaborates that cancer is not a disease it is a deficiency some vitamin known as Vitamin-B17.

The most wonder is that they gave the method of treatments also for this no disease.If cancer is not a disease then why they describe the treatments for that, only they have to answer.The treatment they described is if you get cancer do not go to doctors because it is not a disease,but eat plenty of apricots,cashew nuts,almonds etc.etc.which they say are rich in vitamin-B17.and wonderfully you will be cured from cancer.Wav what a wonderful invention.

Please do not beleive such lies and blunders by eating apricots and sit in your home.Of course apricot is not a harmful fruit but it would never cure the cancer because there is no such vitamin known as vitamin B17.It is a blunder and virtual.

Dr.Andrew Weil M.D. a well known American physician in alternate medicines is strongly denying the existence of vitamin B17.He says that this term is inaccurately relates to laetrile and amygdaline.He strongly denies that neither laetrile nor amygdaline cures cancer.

A vitamin is a substance needed by the body to keep and maintain its health to a maximum extent.Among the vitamin B group body can use only a few like 5 to 6 vitamins only such as thiamin(Vit B1),riboflavin (Vit B2 or Vit.G),niacin Vit B3),pantothanic acid (Vit-B6),folic acid and cyanocoblamine(Vit B12).But there is no evidence that this virtual vitamin B17 cures cancer.

Amygdalin is a natural substance present in apricot,bitter almonds etc.etc.It is chemically a cyanogenic glycoside derived from the aromatic aminoacid phenylalanine.It is not a vitamin.Its modified synthetic form is known as laetrile. 

In the olden days it was beleived that amygdalin if taken by mouth by a cancer patient is converted by the cancer cells into cyanide poison and the cell will die.This concept was mistakenly understood that amygdalin and its synthetic derivative laetrile can cure cancer.But further studies shows no proof for that instead taking amygdalin by mouth will produce harmful cyanide poisoning to the whole body.Beware of that a 500 mg of laetrile can be converted into 5 to 50 mg of hydrogen cyanide.

The American Cancer Society noted that both amygdalin or its synthetic laetrile are not vitamins as they do not have any health benefits to the body.Hence the missing vitamin B17 who's deficiency is described by this society as Cancer is still in imagination only.

The Nonsense Old Theory by The ACS

The Karakorum and Hunza people from South Asia are free from cancer as their diet is rich in vitamin B17 from apricot,almonds and peach.According to this theory the cancerous cells which contains an enzyme which converts laetrile or amygdaline molecule into highly poisonous cyanide molecule which kills the cancerous cells only and leaving the normal healthy cells as they do not have that enzyme.

Now this theory is totally disapproved by the U.S. Foods and Drugs Authority as it is merely an absurd.The FDA banned the import of laetrile the synthetic amygdaline into USA. 
Cancer is a malignant disease in which the DNA of the cell nucleous triggered by wrong signals and malfunctioning to grow irregularly like a crab's move.It can be applied to any cells including the leukocytes.

Please do not follow the news from the social medias.Let God save us from this deadly disease.If any body got this disease do not neglect it by simply eating apricots,but better go immediately to an oncologist and get his advise as it can be cured if found in the early stages.

Now the ball is at the feet of the Farmers,the paddy cultivaters of Tamilnadu to decide whether to kick it back towards the opponents or allow it to fall into the goal to accept the defeat.Accepting the defeat is a shameless act.The Central BJP Government played cheap political game by refusing to form the Cauvery Management Board as per the direction of CDT and the S.C.Unjustifiably and ruthlessly against their own conscience they joined hand to hand with Karnataka's Ruling Congress Government.

Please you farmers do not follow the media's and our politician's wrong analytical reports that BJP is eyeing for the next year elections for Karnataka Assembly.For the next year elections there are no need to do such things now.But why they supports the State Government which is run by their notorious rival Congress Party?Because they have state interest.All of them think that let any body to rule it does not matter but our state should not be in losses and in disparity.Totally we Tamilians do not have this attitude.That is why our medias and our politicians are giving mistaken reports and misdirecting us by hiding the reality because they do not have any state interest.And they are thinking according to their own business and selfish mentality.

But what the farmers has to do is now unite together.Do not beleive fully our politicians and our medias.Do not fall as a prey into any political parties.You must have a separate unity.Fight for your rights.

Recently you performed a Rail Roko.All political parties supported you.They came along with you.This is a good news but we cannot be fully happy and satisfy with their support because their primary aim is not Cauvery but your Mass Votes in the following elections.Why because the main opposition DMK which now comes for your support is the one when they were at the ruling chair what they did for this that you should not forget.In 70s when Karnataka built the illegal three dams at Kabini,Hemavathi and Harangi the then Karunanithi Government in Tamilnadu allowed them to built.Not opposed strongly.Even Mr.M.Karunanithi in his Murasoli news paper has written that TN had no objection to built the dams.

Now these parties are coming to your support only for votes.But any how get their support but handle them clever fully and carefully.

On the contrary the ruling AIADMK government under Amma's regime and now in under OP's regime has never been interested in solving this vital issue by forming an All Party Representation in this issue.For each and every thing they go to the court,or write letters to PM and go to rest,because they try to show a virtual drama that everything could be done only by their God Mother Amma.That is our fate.Now Jeyalalitha is in Hospital.But Mr.O.Pannerselvam too acting and behaving with her same attitude.

So in general the politicians of both ruling and opposites all are self centered and selfish.We cannot beleive them.They have many properties and shelter in various states.In case if TN becomes exhausted and empty they may move themselves to other states.The most wonder happened in Trichy that Mr.P.Chidambaram took a part in an Hunger Strike Event for Cauvery issue.Imagine this P.Chidambaram in his long tenor as a Central Minister from Tamilnadu had never bothered about his own state.

Now what you farmers have to do is it boycott all parliament and assembly elections until a permanent solution for Cauvery River sharing to be reached.Let President to rule his state.It may not bring so such disaster and despair to us.Then only all these cheaters will learn lessons and our position and values will be recognized in this country.We all Tamilians has to join hands with the farmers as this is not only their problem.It is the problem for our state.Water is a life line.Now the Federal Unity of India is in question.We have to make them to understand that.

Do not vote for this regional parties.Do not fall prey to the nasty concept of Dravidam.That is past.Dravidam has gone with the wind.It would not come back.It is broken into pieces.While others the Kannadigas,the Telugus and the Mallus do not have that mentality why only we Tamilians to have.

TERMINATION:

Termination without Cause; Either party may terminate this agreement without cause upon ninety (90) days prior written notice to the other.

CONSEQUENCES OF TERMINATION:
